Background + Training
I'm an experienced, BACP registered NARM therapist specialising in Complex Trauma. Through my clinical work and personal experience, I firmly believe that every individual possesses an inherent capacity for healing. I have been personally and professionally moved by the transformative power and safety of the NARM approach and it is the model I am most aligned with in my practice.
I am also influenced by relational, intersubjective psychoanalytic approaches , as well as Emotionally focused therapy, somatic experiencing, Biodynamic CranialSacral therapy and Neuro-affective Touch.
Fees
NARM supervision fee is £120 per session.
I offer one 30-minute initial discussion to help us both decide if we would like to work together.
Therapists Online Group
Therapists of all disciplines are invited to an inspiring and reflective group to explore decolonial, relational approaches to therapeutic work. I have created this space as a place to come together, in an informal setting to share with one another. We each contribute ideas, and relevant texts and explore clinical work through a de-colonial abolitionist lens. If you are interested in joining this relaxed group, please drop me a line.
